Mustard Quinoa Salad
4c. Chopped kale
2c. quinoa(pre cooked)
1/2c. mustard(use your favorite flavor/i used dijon)
1/4c. ground flax seed meal
1c. chopped vegetables(your favorites)
4Tbsp. olive oil
dash of pepper
Mix together and Wahla!
Savory Tip: When choosing flaxseed, always get it ground. Ground flax seed is much easier to digest. When you have the whole seed, it may go through the body undigested. In other words, you may not absorb all of the nutrients from these savory seeds. When in doubt; chose ground flaxseed.
